[gccsdk] Autobuilder libxrandr2

I found that while linking with lXrandr it would error.
Undefined reference to an X11 header component, roughly
speaking.
By forcing the versions back to X11proto-randr_1.3.2 and
libxrandr_1.3.2 from the default 1.4.2 the linking problem
went away.
1.3.2 is from stable (wheezy) and 1.4.2 is anything newer,
