Now worked out how to put this into a Unix batch file and run it under Mac OS. I added in

find . -depth -type f -name "*.oby" -exec sh -c 'mv "$1" "${1%.oby},feb"' _ {} \;

plus put a command at the start to change directory

cd /users/gerald/dropbox/emulation/redsquirrel_disk439

so I didn't screw the entire drive. I then saved the file as a text file (convert.txt) and typed

sh convert.txt

Now to see if it'll load into RPCemu...
