Have you tried checking if the RAM is faulty? It's amazing how bizarre
the problems that faulty RAM can cause.

As for the PSU, it was a serious suggestion: low or faulting voltages
can cause any number of bizarre, reproducible, unreproducible, precise,
and imprecise problems.

So yes, they're things worth checking when you've run out of ideas for
other things to check.

Neither of those remarks are in the least bit helpful.

Should of course be 1.13 and 1.12

ARM 700. Unfortunately, I don't have the option to change it.

Chris, did you get my email about how I have been upgrading my !Boot?

BTW I am running SharedULib 2.13 here but It works with v2.12.

So what processor does it emulate, an ARM 700 core one ? If so, can you change
it to SA emulation and see what happens ? I'm just thinking this might be
related to the fast multiply instructions (possibly) being used for that code
path.

The computer it's running on :) If you have more than one memory stick,
try using only one at a time to see if one of them is faulty.

I also seem to remember that the PSUs in Iyonixes are famously
unreliable.
