[gccsdk] rman missing on cygwin

Hi everyone,

Im trying to setup Windows 10 via Cygwin for cross-compilation to Risc OS but the AutoBuilder fails saying I dont have rman. Problem is, rman doesnt exist for Cygwin.

Solutions?
