Thanks for that info Chris.
Looking at the version of !PDFUtils (0.51) that you produced a few years
ago with VFP support, it lacked the 'pdftocairo' app. Was there a reason
for this?
An updated version (you mentioned 0.65) would also be interesting -
possibly without VFP support, as that seems to restrict its use to more
recent machines.
