GCC4 builds here now, and also built here on 13Jan20, on Ubuntu 19.10.
The build runs on the Titanium as very briefly tested with c and c++

Shared Object Manager is at 3.01. This requires the new ARMEABISupport
module provided in 500.Modules which is not currently rmensured
anywhere. SOM1stRun?
