Three smaller niggles (not sure if those were already in 0.9.x or even
0.8.x):
- when changing the Network settings in RPCEmu menu, there is an
immediate reset without user prompt (in contrast to e.g. closing
the emu window)
- when resetting from RISC OS 5.24 (e.g. when doing "Restart" after
Shutdown or when doing "Reset now" after changing Network settings),
there is a fatal error: "Bad PC fc001000 fc001000"
- when changing the Configure settings in RPCEmu menu, user prompt is
centered to the screen, not to the RPCEmu window
