Hello.

Will a port be built, for Ubuntu Linux?

Ubuntu Linux 18.04 does not include NetSurf in its repository, and,
the latest version for Ubuntu Linux 16.04, shows as being
3.2+dfsg-2.2build1, which I have installed.
