[Rpcemu] Compiling problem under Linux (Ubuntu 16.04.4)

This is probably a very awkward and perhaps even a 'stupid' question.

I tried to compile rpcemu-0.9.0 under Linux (Ubuntu 16.04.4). However, the download did not comprise a 'configure'-file. So... no go.

Or did I miss something?

Please advice, if you would be so kind.
