The disk verifies fine every time.
DiscKnight usually reports "Disc good". Or on occasion it can find and
repair a fault such as a broken map.

Which makes me think it's a timing problem.
ROOL first diagnosed that I had a faulty R-Pi. So I had it replaced. The
second one is the same.
This is the second µSD supplied by ROOL.
