It is intended to give us more information. All bug fixing runs through
the basic stages of replicate, isolate and ameliorate. In order to
replicate a bug to start this process we require as much information
as possible.

pretty much, might also let us decide it is frontend specific and
assign it to the appropriate frontend maintainer.
If the issue is not specific often we will just change the catagory to
suit.
The main issue with bugs right now is we have more of them being
reported than we are managing to fix (gaining about one a day
currently) but its more useful to have them reported than not.
