[Rpcemu] RPCEmu 0.8.10 and RO 6.20

Okay, I've found the problem... Tiz me.

In the Filer configuration, as well as ticking "Enable keyboard shortcuts"
I had failed to also tick "Claim input focus automatically"

Now done and the shortcuts works on all emulated RO 6.20
